IAPWA is passionate about educating young people around animal care and welfare. Education is at the heart of so much of what we do.

In 2021, we are inviting schools in the UK to take part in IAPWA’s Animal Stories; a campaign which aims to inspire and educate children about the importance of caring for animals.

Animal Stories is an activity based initiative that is suitable for students aged 5-16 years. IAPWA will provide you with an Information & Activity pack FREE of charge. We only ask that you consider undertaking some fundraising for IAPWA following the activity. The activity will see students creating a performance or craft exercise centred around animal stories featured in the pack.

In addition to taking part in Animal Stories, Team IAPWA can visit you at your school (covid restrictions allowing) or join you digitally to present on the animals in our care, and the difference young people can make.

To receive your free Animal Stories pack, or to book a virtual talk for students, please contact us via the button below.
